The conditions of the room were so bad that I took photographs of: the cracked tub, torn shower curtain, blood or dirt stained bedding, dirt stained curtains, broken drawers, etc. The next morning on our checkout, I questioned the front desk again and complained how nothing was fixed. When we returned to our room later that evening, nothing was taken care of. (Note, it was 90 degrees in Denver.) The front took note and we left for the day. Ironically, the lobby and eating area had no A/C on. The next morning when we woke up, I complained to desk that the A/C didn’t work along with a few other items. ![]() The A/C didn’t seem to work but we were so tired that we just laid down on the bed. The first thing we did was to turn on the air conditioning since the room was warm and stuffy. Due to the issue with the Airlines and weather, we arrived very late to the Hotel (3:30 am). June 2023 I made this reservation on line and relied on the pictures and discription of the hotel as well as the brand recognition. Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort. ![]()
